Free yoga, Meditation, & Breathwork

Courtney Lewis Wellness Self-Care Practice Library

This is a collection of free offerings to help you reconnect with yourself- to slow down, breathe deeply, and tend to your own nervous system, even if just for a few minutes.

Keep it Low & Flow

In this low to the ground, all levels yoga practice, we'll explore asanas (postures) that focus on mobility, strength, and stability while moving with the breath to help you remain rooted in your body. Props and variations are offered to meet you exactly where you are in your practice.

Metta Meditation

Metta translates to "loving-kindness." It's a Buddhist practice focused on cultivating love, kindness, and compassion for yourself and others. This meditation enhances emotional intelligence, empathy, and creates a deeper sense of connection to all beings.

360 Degree Breath

This breathwork practice involves expanding your breath in all directions to fully inflate the lungs. It's a simple practice that encourages the way we are meant to breathe. This practice can lower blood pressure, reduce stress and anxiety, as well as improve your respiratory health.

The way we meet our own needs sets the tone for how we meet the world.

Before we can show up for our loved ones, our communities, or the larger world, we have to be connected to ourselves— our breath, our body, and our needs.

And yet, between the demands of daily life, the noise of the world, and the weight of caring for so many others (sometimes in ways that feel invisible), it’s hard to carve out time for yourself— even when you know how much you need it.

That's why I've created these free self-care practices to be short (around 30 min or less), meeting you where you are and making them more accessible.
